And Striking 21... for all the gallows humour we use to *appreciate* Eddie (yes, he is one of the worst strikers we've had down here in recent times), him starting may actually have helped our cause yesterday. The cod-USA chanting always seems to inspire him and seeing as it was his final game for the club before returning to Fulham, he may actually have given it a go. Even if he can't shoot, pass, control, be in the right position, so on and so on. And it wouldn't ultimately have mattered in terms of going up, save for giving us fans 2 (not 3) more days out.
